First Command Financial Advisor - Samantha Hilliard

A proud Navy and Army spouse, Samantha Hilliard joined First Command Financial Services in March 1996.

Samantha graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and holds the Series 6, 63, 65 and 26 securities licenses as well as State Life & Health Insurance licenses in Texas, California, Colorado, Iowa and Virginia. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association and GAMA, a leadership association for financial services and insurance industry professionals.

As a First Command Financial Advisor, Samantha is committed to helping her clients pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family she serves. Having witnessed the financial difficulties resulting from the loss of a family member, Samantha and her team of Advisors are committed to helping others prepare thoughtfully for the financial well-being of their loved ones.

Married to Lt. Col. (Ret.) Michael Hilliard, Samantha is a long-time advocate for military spouses and families and has been honored with the Commander's Award of Excellence as well as the Yellow Rose of Texas award from the office of the governor. She was the subject of a 2007 RealLIFE Stories profile by the Life and Health Insurance Foundation for Education (LIFE) for her work with an Iraq War widow. Samantha is a nationally ranked equestrian, and she raises and shows Arabian horses.
