First Command Financial Advisor - Heather Brock

Heather Brock joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in May 2015. As a military spouse, she understands the unique situations and circumstances that place pressure on military families and is committed to helping them discover the confidence and peace of mind that come from financial security.

Heather has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Math Minor from UNC Pembroke and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University. She holds Series 6 and 63 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in GA, FL, SC, NC, VA, TN, TX, AR.

Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Heather serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. She advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Heather will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.

Active in her community, Heather is a member of Marne Community and Spouses Club, the Richmond Hill Chamber of Commerce, the SD Gunnar Fund and other local organizations.

In her free time, Heather enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and traveling.
