Mark Spitler has over 20 years of experience as a First Command Financial Advisor.

In addition to Bachelors and Masters degrees, Mark holds Series 6, 63, 65 and 26 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Understanding that the single most powerful contributor to financial well-being is behavior, Mark works closely with clients to develop personalized financial plans that reflect their values, address their priorities and support their goals. Each plan includes recommendations for specific financial products and services to support those goals. And through ongoing planning to address changes in one's financial and personal circumstances, Mark is ready to assist clients as they pursue their goals through a lifetime financial journey.

Mark regularly hosts Lunch & Learn presentations for military servicemembers and federal employees to assist them in integrating their benefits into a comprehensive financial plan in order to pursue their financial goals. An avid outdoorsman, Mark enjoys hiking, wilderness backpacking and fast-water canoeing.
