First Command Financial Advisor - Bill Reuter

Bill Reuter joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in February 2015. Previously, he served on active duty in the United States Navy for eight years and in the United States Naval Reserves for 20 years. He retired as a captain.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and George Washington University with a Master of Business Administration degree, Bill received a certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. He holds Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses. He is a Certified Financial Planner certificant. Bill is committed to helping his clients pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family he serves.

Bill serves as a volunteer tax preparer for AARP in St. Mary's County and is an active member of the Saint Mary's Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Southern Maryland (LSM) Class of 2016. He served as a member and then chairman of the St. Mary's-Ryken High School Board of Directors.
