First Command Financial Advisor - Tom Deppe--CLOSED

Tom Deppe joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in November 2018, following a 20-year career in the United States Navy where he attained the rank of Commander and also spent 14 years as an Episcopal priest.

Tom graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science, the Naval War College with a Master of Arts, and Seminary of the Southwest with a Master in Divinity.

Tom advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Focusing on each client's unique values and priorities, Tom offers solutions to help clients pursue their goals for accumulating retirement income, funding their children's education and providing financial security for their loved ones. Having witnessed the financial difficulties associated with the loss or disability of a family member, Tom is committed to helping his clients prepare for the care of their family members in the event of a tragedy.

Active in his community, Tom is affiliated with the Jacksonville Beach Rotary, Surface Navy Association and Junior Achievement.

In his free time, Tom enjoys offshore fishing, civilian aviation, and spending time with his wife and three children.
