About Us
David Vargas Lowy, MD, is a pediatric neurologist who has been providing outpatient, inpatient, consultation, and telemedicine services worldwide for over three years, which has been a gratifying experience for both Dr. Vargas Lowy and his patients. At Dr. Vargas Lowy Child Neurology in New Hampshire, he treats a wide array of childhood neurological conditions, such as migraines, seizures, ADHD, movement disorders, and developmental delays, amongst others.
Dr. Vargas Lowy completed medical school at one of the oldest universities in Europe, the University of Alcalá, located near Madrid, Spain. After an internship at the Ramon and Cajal Hospital in Madrid, he moved to America and completed a four-year postgraduate research fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, in neuroimmunology, helping understand the pathophysiology of pediatric multiple sclerosis. That led him to finally returning to the clinical arena with two years of pediatric residency training at the Women and Children Hospital of Buffalo. He then completed his training in child neurology in Boston at the Floating Hospital for Children through Tufts Medical Center. 
With his diverse background, Dr. Vargas Lowy empathizes with patients from all walks of life and speaks English, French, and Spanish fluently. He is grateful to the patients, physicians, nurses, and administrative staff he has encountered along his path who have helped him become the person and practitioner that he is today. At Dr. Vargas Lowy Child Neurology, he looks forward to implementing all that he’s learned and to passing along these valuable lessons to his patients.
