Cara McGrath Pilates offers live online pilates and yoga classes on a regular timetable and members enjoy the flexibility of joining Live through Zoom, In-Person at the Studio or taking a class from an extensive video library in their own time. Both the online live class schedule and the In-Person class schedule are available from the website and comprise of over 10 classes weekly, mornings and evenings most days each week.
