Abigail Schmidt, CRNP

Abigail Schmidt is a certified registered nurse practitioner (CRNP) who specializes in family medicine and hematology. She is experienced at bone marrow biopsies and skin punch biopsies. She is committed to treating each patient as a person, considering how their health issues impact their lives on a bigger scale, beyond their diagnosis. She sees patients ages 18 and up and speaks English.

Abigail Schmidt is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a CRNP, doctor of nursing practice (DNP), and family nurse practitioner (FNP-c). She is trained in basic cardiac life support.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She completed training as a DNP with a family nurse practitioner concentration at Robert Morris University in Moon Township, Pennsylvania.

She is a member of the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
