Karen A Roperti, MD

Dr. Roperti specializes in gynecologic care for women of all ages. She treats women for abnormal bleeding, abnormal Pap smears, contraceptive management, menopause, vulvar dystrophy, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and gynecologic infections. She has been caring for women in the greater Pittsburgh area for over 25 years. She is skilled at the insertion and removal of IUDs, pessary fitting for pelvic organ prolapse and biopsies for abnormal Pap smears, abnormal bleeding, and vulvar abnormalities. Her clinical interests include promoting wellness and healthy lifestyles for women in all of life's stages, and coordination of care and support for women who find themselves dealing with gynecologic illness.
