High pressure roughs up this polish. So many guys go out buy a small machine under 2.5 gal. Per minute forcing them to use a method we call power scrubbing this is where the pressure is so high that it ionizes the water a couple feet from the end of the nozzle forcing the operator to hold the nozzle closer than they should causing the polish to be diminished. (We use 4.0 gal. Per min.)This prevents finish from shedding dirt, debris, bird droppings, and giving way for mold, mildew, fungus and other algae’s from taking hold. We use proven algicides and fungicides to clean your homes exterior. We match up your algae or fungus with the proper chemical apply it and rinse gently. Leaving a residual which will give your house up to two year head start on new mold growth from forming. Leaving you a great result you’ll be proud of, and the envy of your neighbors.
