The Memory Clinic

Many forms of memory loss or decline are treatable and sometimes reversible, which is why SSM Health, in partnership with the SIU School of Medicine's Center for Alzheimer Disease and Related Disorders, offers the Memory Clinic - a great resource to patients experiencing memory issues and their families. The Memory Clinic, conveniently located in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, is designed to diagnose, evaluate and treat memory disorders as well as provide support services to patients and their families. When you arrive at the Memory Clinic, your specialists will conduct a 1.5 hour evaluation. A discussion and diagnosis will follow. We will help you coordinate follow up care if necessary.
