Stephanie White, MD

As an invasive/non-interventional cardiologist, Dr. White performs diagnostic tests to identify heart problems. These tests include echocardiograms, stress tests and EKGs (electrocardiograms). She also performs a diagnostic procedure called cardiac catheterization, which is used to find blockages of coronary arteries. A Missouri native, Dr. White earned her medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO. She underwent fellowship training in cardiology at Scott and White Hospital, Texas A&M University in Temple, Texas. She holds certifications in nuclear cardiology, echocardiography and coronary angiography. Dr. White focuses on the prevention of heart disease through weight management, nutrition, exercise and other lifestyle changes. She has special interest in the treatment of heart valve disease and women's heart disease.
