Hani El-Halawany, MD

Hani El-Halawany, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist. He graduated from Saba University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Medicine.

After completing his residency, Dr. El-Halawany has completed three fellowships. The first in gastroenterology from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Medicine. The second in hepatology and liver transplantation from Temple University Hospital and a third in advanced interventional endoscopy from the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC.

In his free time, Dr. El-Halawany enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and trying new foods. He is also fluent in Arabic.
