Navigating through grief, trauma, substance use and/or other life struggles can be an isolating and confusing experience. To be seen, heard and to find trusted support can be beneficial to the process and transforming in one's life. My special interests include: complicated grief, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, substance use issues and emotion regulation. I have also worked extensively with patients that identify as straight, LGBTQ, gender nonconforming and questioning.
