I live across the country, and after having my mother out to visit for a few weeks (with a husband and dogs still back in Miami), I wanted to treat her to a house cleaning when she returned. It was a difficult decision, because I couldn't personally attend to working with whomever I selected. Based on the reviews that I found on Yelp, I decided to put my trust in A Cleaner Image to provide the service on my behalf.

I made a great decision! Promptly after calling, and with very short notice (I procrastinated - oops), Clara (the owner) called me back and was flexible and responsive regarding sending a crew out to provide cleaning services for my parents. She asked about the scope of the work that I wanted done, and recommended a crew size and rough amount of time that it would take. After finding a time that worked for my parents, I contacted Clara and she was able to accommodate my request without any trouble.
