Sport is an integral part of physical culture. This is actually competitive activity and preparation for it. It clearly shows the desire to win, to achieve high results, to mobilize the physical, mental or moral qualities of a person.

Mass sports gives millions of people the opportunity to improve their physical qualities and motor abilities, strengthen their health and prolong creative longevity.

The development and change of sport throughout human history can tell a lot about both social changes in society in general and the essence of sport in particular. Many examples of cave art discovered to date contain images of ritualistic ceremonial scenes.
Despite the fact that the actions captured in these images cannot be attributed exclusively to the modern concept of sports, it can still be concluded that even then there were activities and rituals reminiscent of sports activities.
