Premier Fitness Studio is a unique personal training studio. We are NOT an open gym, therefore, your personal training session will truly be PERSONAL! No more noisy, over-crowded, intimidating workouts. Your trainer will have access to all equipment needed to help you reach your specific, individual goals! We have cardio equipment, free-weights, machines, weighted balls, resistance bands, jump boxes, BOSU balance trainers, TRX Suspension straps and many other "toys" that your trainer can incorporate into your training session.
