Angela Clercx has lived in the O'Fallon and St. Louis area for most of her life and her care as a family nurse practitioner emphasizes patient-centered quality of care. "Quality care is delivered when the provider utilizes the best and most current evidence to help guide patients to wellness," Clercx says. "As a primary care provider, promoting wellness and disease prevention is my passion." She provides a variety of services including annual exams, well-woman exams, sports physicals, treatment of minor illness and management of chronic conditions, such as hypertension. "Because I've lived in this community for most of my life, I really feel like I'm caring for my neighbors," Clercx explains. "It gives me that extra sense of loyalty, and it's helpful that I have an understanding of our local resources."
