Ayaaz Anees Habibullah, MD, completed his medical education at the University of Medicine & Health Sciences � St. Kitts in the West Indies. He then went on to complete his Family Medicine at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Quincy, IL. Dr. Habibullah provides primary care services, including annual wellness exams, vaccinations, and school & sports physicals.
