Sarah Martin, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner who practices at Sunset Hills Adult Medicine. "I believe strongly in being accessible and providing preventative medicine and chronic disease management in an effort to avoid acute care needs in the future," Sarah says. Sunset Hills Adult Medicine offers primary care services to adult patients, including, but not limited to, physicals, preventative care, and chronic disease management, and strives to provide excellent care. "I believe we provide our patients with great attention to detail, broad experience, and the ability to convey medical concepts and teach patients to care about their health," Sarah says. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time on her farm. Although she is a native of St. Louis, she enjoys training and competing with thoroughbred horses, hunting, and line dancing. Sarah's practice is part of BJC Medical Group of Missouri, a well-established, multi-specialty physician group.
