Laura D. Mueller, MD has special interests in prenatal care, preventative medicine, minimally invasive surgery, perimenopause and menopause as well as gynecologic care for adolescents and adults. "I hope to involve my patients in their health, diagnoses and treatment plan," Dr. Mueller says. "I value honesty, respect and compassion in my practice." Her philosophy is that quality care is a collaborative approach between provider and patient. Empowering a patient to take responsibility for their health is essential. She believes that if the patient is given the option to learn more, it gives them the power to influence change. In this way, the health care process can then be shared. In her free time, Dr. Mueller enjoys running, riding her bike, traveling and listening to live music.
