Samantha MacPhail, NP-C - Schweiger Dermatology Group

Samantha MacPhail is a licensed Nurse Practitioner at Schweiger Dermatology Group in Freehold and Howell, New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Nursing Science from Fairfield University in 2013 with a minor in Spanish language, and her Master of Nursing Science from Quinnipiac University in 2019. She was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau honor society for academic excellence during the course of completing her graduate degree.
She began her career as a nurse in the Surgical-Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Yale New Haven Hospital for 7 years, while also working as a Nurse Injector at a medical spa as she completed her master’s degree. Her keen eye for aesthetics and facial harmonization has helped her patients achieve natural looking results.
She completed the APP training program at Schweiger Dermatology Group, where she trained alongside top dermatology providers and gained firsthand experience in both cosmetic and medical treatments.
Samantha’s love for medical dermatology was sparked after her diagnosis of psoriasis at the age of 16. This solidified her career path, as she became dedicated to helping others struggling with chronic skin conditions such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and acne.
Samantha is AANP certified through the American Nursing Association, and she is also an active member of the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner’s Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
