Kirk began his career as a mortgage loan originator in Holland, Michigan after graduating college. There he specialized in funding residential home loans for existing and first-time homebuyers.

In addition to his dedication to his work, Kirk has served as the treasurer of The Board of Directors for The Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce for six years along with supporting several other organizations.
