ZylexiPro is the d.b.a. of our Heavenly Star Properties Inc., a Texas registered corporation. We are a minority (native Hawaiian) and woman owned company. That's me (Miki) on the left - Aloha!

Established back in June 2015 for the purpose of remodeling homes in the greater Houston area; Yes we started out as flippers. We have been flipping homes long before it was called "flipping", over 23 years. When we came to Houston, we met a lot of great investors, realtors, landlords, and fellow flippers; all of them had the same problem we were having, finding quality contractors that could do good work and understood our needs.
We all need someone who can size up a property and provide good quality repairs and/or rehab that is specific to the investment type without breaking the budget. We all needed a contractor that can offer solutions not excuses.
