Phuong M. Truong, PA

Phuong is a physician assistant with Wheat Ridge Diabetes & Endocrinology. She was born in Vietnam. She lived in Ho Chi Minh City for eight years before moving to Colorado Springs, where she earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Colorado College. She then earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies from the University of St. Francis in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Phuong enjoys helping patients manage their diabetes and achieve their health goals. “Diabetes is very personal, and I strive to collaborate with patients in a respectful and individualized manner.”Phuong is happy to return to Colorado from New Mexico to be closer to her family. When she is not at work, she enjoys reading, brushing up on her Vietnamese, watching movies, exploring new places, and trying new cuisines.
