The Philosophy Therapist will walk you through your everyday concerns, mental health issues, and relationship problems, and help you ask and answer questions like: Which parts of my thoughts and feelings are based on fact-statements and which parts on value-judgments? Which parts of my thoughts are my (direct) observations of the world and which parts are my (indirect) explanations for those observations? How can I make inferences from my observations in a manner that is both rational and healthy for me?
