When the weather creates roof damage, some unscrupulous contractors from out of the area may temporarily "set up shop" and shamelessly target property owners. They may even claim to be located locally and to be superlative service providers. Sadly, often they are neither; with little or no standards, proper customer care - and your roof's warranty - may dissapear into the night once storm season is over. Always feel free to ask any roofing contractor lots of questions, and take advantage of the Internet to investigate.
