Dr. Moore graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Betta Kappa from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts in 1979, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology. She subsequently received her Medical Degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine in 1983. Her post-graduate training in Internal Medicine, as well as in Nephrology and Hypertension, was completed at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1989.
