James Allen Washburn, M.D.

Dr. Allen Washburn is a pulmonologist whose work in rural settings, both inpatient and outpatient, has provided him the opportunity to manage complicated pulmonary cases. He is proficient in the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer, pulmonary infections, and inflammatory lung disease. He also diagnoses and treats common sleep disorders. He is passionate about improving patient satisfaction and does so by focusing on a multidisciplinary team approach to care that works to avoid readmissions. In his spare time, Dr. Washburn enjoys spending time with his family in their home state of Colorado and partaking in outdoor sports such as mountain biking, rafting, skiing, and camping.
