TS Partners

TS Partners was formed in 2009 by Matt Parrett, a Chartered Tax Adviser and seasoned professional with high level experience both in practice and industry. Originally, the company traded as Tax Shop and was rebranded to TS Partners in June 2020. The Wellington office was opened in 2010 by Matt with two assistants, including Kim, who has been with the business ever since. As part of expansion plans, TS Partners recently acquired Geoffrey Rogers Chartered Accountants, based in Plymouth. Originally servicing smaller businesses, our client base grew rapidly over the next 10 years and now serves over 1,500 clients nationwide. The company looks after a range of clients, from sole traders to mid-size international trading companies. ay Cholewinski joined the main Board in 2018 bringing with him a wealth of experience in the business development sector having previously founded a multi-million pound business. He heads up the technical division of the R&D tax credits plymouth team and works alongside Matt and his tax team advising and helping businesses with their R&D claims.
