Specializing in the acquisition, restoration or development of buildings into live performance venues, creating flexible event spaces available to rent or use by for-profit and non-profit entities or individuals. Our priority is giving arts entities and individuals that support the growth of the performing arts and live entertainment in Central Florida, places to perform! Our venues will be available if time and space permits, when another event is not scheduled.

Live performances, entertainment & events include, but are not limited to:
theatrical performances, live music & concerts, touring acts, stand-up/improv/comedy shows, dinner shows, magic shows, art shows, rehearsals, dance performances or competitions, fitness classes or competitions, special presentations, film festivals, artist showcases, special events, corporate, private or themed events, fundraisers, meetings, lectures, conferences, trade shows, expos or any other available creative use.
