Lyrad Health

Led by Dr. Daryl W. Reese, Lyrad Health is an occupational medicine clinic located in Grand Prairie, Texas. Lyrad Health utilizes the latest clinical services with a multidisciplinary health care team, including experienced physicians and nurse practitioners. Lyrad Health diagnoses and treats workplace injuries and diseases. Our patient-centered services include primary care for on-the-job injuries, DOT physicals, drug and alcohol screenings, pre-employment physicals, pre-operative physical exams, and more. Lyrad Health offers both in-person and convenient telehealth appointments for patients in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth community. Also, there is an on-site option for larger groups needing drug screening and/or DOT physicals. Our goal is to keep workers healthy and their workplace safe. Lyrad Health is accepting new patients.
