Maggie Solomon Accident Attorney

Ms. Margaret “Maggie” Solomon joined the firm in 2015. She began her career as an underwriter for a small insurance company based out of Dallas, Texas. She started her legal career working at a small Houston firm where she was responsible for case maintenance and management of complex multiparty suits involving issues of Bank Fraud and Civil RICO. Throughout her career, Ms. Solomon worked for multiple mid-sized defense firms in Houston and Beaumont, Texas where she managed the defense of products liability claims, gross negligence claims and premise liability claims for multiple clients.
Ms. Solomon is responsible for the pre-litigation docket at the Maida Law Firm - Auto Accident Attorneys of Houston.
Ms. Solomon is a Senior Fellow in the American Leadership Forum. As a fourth generation Texan, Ms. Solomon knows the importance of a strong community and is an active volunteer with multiple non-profit organizations throughout Houston.
Ms. Solomon attended the University of Texas and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Classical Civilizations. She then attended the University of Oklahoma, College of Law in Norman, Oklahoma to obtain her Juris Doctorate in 1995 and was admitted to practice law in Texas in 2000. She is also licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
