Providence Southwest Washington Foundation

Serving Providence Centralia Hospital, Providence St. Peter Hospital, Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice. Providence Mother Joseph Care Center, and Providence Medical Group – Southwest Washington, Providence Southwest Washington Foundation serves as the thoughtful steward of all contributions and coordinates fundraising efforts for the ministries continuing the mission of the Sisters of Providence.

The Foundation is a non-profit corporation directed by concerned citizens who are committed to the mission of Providence. Our mission is accomplished through the cooperation of a dedicated board of directors, committed volunteers and professional staff working in partnership with the community.
