Cathy McDonough

Cathy is a real estate finance lender who serves builders, developers, and investors in both Virginia and North Carolina. Cathy has a specific passion to assist real estate investors who buy, renovate and sell rental units in Hampton Roads. She has more than 3 decades of financial banking experience and joined TowneBank in 2016.

Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University and has taken many courses with the Virginia Bankers Association. She volunteers regularly with the United Way and the Suffolk Schools Career Day.
