Tom Weinard was born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up in Marathon in the Florida Keys. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Psychology and is still an avid Gator fan. Tom has more than 30 years of experience in sales, management, and customer service including national and international expansion efforts with several major companies.

As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, Tom strives to create comprehensive mortgage packages that suit the needs of each individual customer. After 15 years, his dedication to his clients, knowledge of the industry, and commitment to quality service help to make the mortgage process easy and hassle-free for realtors, builders, and homebuyers. In his career, Tom has helped over 1200 families achieve the dream of homeownership.
Tom resides in Longwood with his wife, Stephanie, and their three children. They have been involved as leaders with Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America since 2001. Tom remains active in the University of Florida Alumni Association and enjoys playing both tennis and golf. Additionally, he is a past president and 6-term board member of the Lake Brantley Rowing Association. He is the current president of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity House Corporation at the University of Central Florida. Tom is also currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Altamonte Springs Rotary Club and was the President in 2016-’17.
