Kevin Murphy is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds a BS in Finance. Kevin is the managing partner of the Murphy-Owen Home Loan Team of Waterstone Mortgage. As managing partner, Kevin leads the day-to-day production of the Murphy-Owen Home Loan Team.

As a top mortgage professional, Kevin does not believe in a one-size-fits-all mortgage. He believes that a mortgage is a financial instrument that needs to be tailor-made to match each client's personal and financial needs, wants, and goals. Kevin attributes much of his success to this approach along with his experience, professionalism, and extreme accessibility.

Kevin joined Waterstone Mortgage in 2012, specifically on February 29. (Yep - leap year!) Since joining Waterstone Mortgage, Kevin has personally assisted more than 1,000 families with the financing of their homes. Outside of the office, Kevin and his wife enjoy visiting the Disney theme parks, giving back to their local community through various charitable organizations, and cheering on the Orlando City Soccer Club.
