Joyce Bennett PT, CHT started her physical therapy career in 1975 after graduating from University of Connecticut. Following more than 20 years in general orthopedic practice, Joyce specialized in the treatment and management of clients with upper extremity injuries.Joyce has been a board certified hand therapist (CHT) since 1992. In the 90's and early 2000's her focus was on safety and ergonomics in the workplace, including consulting with engineers who designed equipment and processes in manufacturing environments. She was responsible for facilitating two-way communication between the manufacturing floor workers and plant management in the realms of safety and good ergonomic practice. Now in the clinical setting, Joyce focuses on educating clients so they are better equipped to manage their symptoms.In her spare time Joyce enjoys Colorado’s great outdoors and supporting the arts.
