Kaytlin G. Deveney, PA

Originally from Conrad, Montana, Kaytlin spent much of her childhood on her grandparents’ farm and enjoying all of Montana’s recreational activities. She attended the University of Washington in Seattle/Tacoma but kept her eye on returning to Montana. While working as a surgical technologist, Kaytlin realized she wanted to care for the whole surgical patient. Working with the urology team allows her to care for patients in the clinic, operating room and hospital. Kaytlin spends time getting to know her patients beyond the barriers of their health. She gets to know each patient’s personal interests, hobbies, careers, etc. This knowledge allows her to better understand the whole picture and ultimately provide her patients with better care. “I believe education is at the forefront of care for my patients, allowing them to advocate for themselves with the empowerment of knowledge. I believe that small lifestyle changes and behavior modifications can significantly impact health and wellness.”When not working, Kaytlin enjoys all form of fitness, getting outside as often as possible and spending time with people. She is an avid snowboarder, mountain biker and fly fisherman.
