Summit Primary Care provides comprehensive health care and pain management services in Colorado with locations in Denver, Colorado Springs, La Junta, and Pueblo. Our practice's highly skilled and compassionate providers offer outstanding care by developing strong relationships with our patients and fulfilling their needs using a multidisciplinary approach.

While our team specializes in primary care with an emphasis on interventional pain management for patients suffering from chronic pain, neuropathy, migraines, and other conditions, our primary care services are also an integral part of our philosophy.

Our primary care services include treatment and management of a wide variety of conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, asthma, high cholesterol, and COPD.

Our primary care preventative medicine services include wellness exams for patients 7 and older and immunizations for patients 18 and older. We are able to provide resources to parents of children aged 7-18 on where to obtain the appropriate vaccinations for your child.

Summit Primary Care’s providers also understand the importance of optimal mental health and are experienced in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions.

We offer rapid testing and expert acute care for flu, strep, COVID-19, and other infectious diseases. We can often perform this testing for both existing and new patients with same or next-day appointments for your convenience.

We are one of the few practices in Southern Colorado who continually accept new patients with both commercial and public insurances such as Medicare, Medicaid, and HealthFirst Colorado.

For additional patient convenience, we will soon have a private lab – housed in our Colorado Springs location – which will ensure coverage of in-house lab tests, and pharmacy services are currently available in the same building as our Denver location.
