I am a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Alcohol andDrug Counselor. I have worked at River Valley since 8/2016 seeing individuals and couples. I have also worked at the University of Minnesota Medical Center since 6/1999 in a dual diagnosis program (MICD).
I specialize in anxiety issues, mood issues, trauma, and substance abuse issues.
My theoretical orientation is cognitive behavioral, skills training, family systems perspective, and a humanistic perspective.
