Alexis P. Haws, DPT - Closed

Alexis grew up in Boulder, Colorado. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, before receiving her doctorate in physical therapy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Currently, she is a governmental affairs committee member and legislative advocate for the Colorado Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association.Alexis specializes in treating spine and pelvic disorders with idiopathic etiology or known pathology. She utilizes manual therapy, functional dry needling, pain neuroscience, Pilates and motor control training to free patients from their cycle of pain and dysfunction.“I am dedicated to developing a platform of trust and safety with each patient. They rely on me to help them navigate their rehabilitation process and options. I have found patient education to be the key in a successful outcome but first I must listen to their story.” When she is not working, Alexis enjoys hiking, running, skiing, rafting, tennis, yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
