Tracy joined the team with a strong background in commercial & multi-family real estate. The daughter of Vietnamese refugees, she grew up in Los Angeles & studied Economics & Environmental Studies at UC Davis before settling in the Bay Area. At age twenty-five she helped her parents buy their first investment property. She’s as comfortable & knowledgeable talking with investors & developers as she is working with first time home buyers. Tracy speaks fluent Mandarin, which is a valuable asset in serving those communities.
