Kelsey Licato-CLOSED

<p style="margin-right:1px">Kelsey Licato, MSN, AGNP-C is a member of Summit Health's Internal Medicine team. Ms. Licato provides a wide range of primary care services to adults and seniors, including wellness checks, sick visits, preventative checks, chronic disease management, and pre-surgical clearance.

Before becoming an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner, Ms. Licato worked many years as a registered nurse on cardiac and surgical units.

Ms. Licato believes that quality preventative care is the foundation to living a healthy life. She says, "I believe in providing comprehensive, individualized patient-centered care and creating strong patient-provider relationships.” She adds, “I want my patients to feel comfortable enough with me to participate in open communication that will lead to successful health outcomes."

Ms. Licato received her Master of Science in Nursing at Seton Hall University and graduated from their nurse practitioner program. She's a certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners; she's been inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and she's a member of the American Nurses Association and the New Jersey State Nurses Association.

She is also trained in basic and advanced cardiac life support.

When she's not working, Ms. Licato enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. She also loves to travel and spend time at the Jersey Shore.
