E:24/7 Gym

E:24/7 is Emporia's only 24 hour all access fitness facility. We feature strength and cardio equipment, a wide variety of dumbbells, barbells and bumper plates, a full wrestling mat, kickboxing and boxing bags, speed bags, and a fully equipped Rogue rig. We offer fitness classes for all levels at no additional charge including total body fit, cardio kickboxing, boxing, muay thai and jiu jitsu. Personal training is available with any of our in-house trainers, and we provide the only specialized youth strength and conditioning training in the area.
