Aakanksha Gera, MD

Dr. Gera comes to Texas Health Medical Associates with over six years as a practicing pediatrician. She completed her residency at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and earned her medical degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC) in India.

“I treat my patients with a wholesome, compassionate approach. As a pediatrician, I love getting to know kids as well as their parents to address the needs of the family. My main focus is preventative care, but I have special interests in nutrition starting at birth, holistic medicine, and ADHD.”
