Dr. Yassi Zarrin is a licensed Clinical Neuropsychologist, Independent Medical Examiner, Agreed Medical Examiner and Qualified Medical Examiner in the State of California, who specializes in forensic evaluations in a variety of medical-legal settings, including civil litigation, worker’s compensation and family law.  Her area of emphasis is neuropsychological testing.  In her practice, Dr. Zarrin specializes in the areas of neuropsychological assessment, mental capacity, cognitive/intellectual ability and personality testing in the criminal, civil and probate courts.  Dr. Zarrin’s practice, Novoneuro, Inc., has various locations including Beverly Hills, Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Gardena, and Orange.
After receiving her bachelor’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in cognitive neuroscience from University of California, Irvine, Dr. Zarrin continued her education to receive a Master’s and Doctorate Degree from Alliant International University in clinical psychology.  She then pursued a specialization in Neuropsychology from Fielding University.
For Dr. Zarrin, the patient always comes first. She takes the time to understand each of her patients, their symptoms, and their history. Her career has brought her vast experience in administering psychological and neuropsychological testing, and assessment and report writing.
