Tyler Kendrick - List Sotheby's International Realty

Tyler Kendrick was born in Wiesbaden, Germany and raised in Savannah, Georgia. Having traveled the world from a young age, Tyler has developed the ability to connect and interact, both personally and professionally, with people from all walks of life. Always finding ways to think outside of the box in order to rise up to new challenges he faces, Tyler is a strong believer in going above and beyond for his clients. Southern hospitality is what Tyler was raised with, and much like the 'aloha' Tyler has felt on the islands, he consistently treats his clients and friends as family.

With over 6 years of customer service experience, going above and beyond for someone has become second nature for Tyler. He has always had a keen eye for unique homes and beautiful architecture. This combined with his passion to help others is what made Tyler realize how suited he was to become a realtor.

Both Tyler’s father and step father being in the army has allowed Tyler to build a network with a plethora of people from across the globe. Having grown up in a military family, you are expected to uproot your life every 3-4 years, and this has led Tyler to truly understand the value of not only choosing a house, but creating a home. When he first landed on the island he didn’t plan on staying long but all it took was surfing one magical golden sunset with his boyfriend and their dog Toby, a drive over the H-3, and he realized he had found his forever home.
