Center For Independent Living Opportunities

Center for Independent Living Opportunities (CIL) is a private nonprofit organization that works with people with disabilities and senior populations in York, Adams, Franklin, Dauphin, and Cumberland Counties.

CIL Opportunities dedicates its mission to advocate for the rights of people with disabilities to achieve and maintain independent lifestyles.

Through promotion of choice, self-direction and inclusion, CIL Opportunities works with people with disabilities and their families to ensure the same freedoms and civil liberties as everyone else.
