Deedra Benthall has a been a solo practitioner in Danville, Kentucky, for 35 years with experience as a divorce, personal injury, and criminal defense attorney, part time professor of law at the University of Kentucky College of Law in Lexington, Special Prosecutor for the Office of the Kentucky Attorney General, (part time prosecutor for the Lexington Commonwealth's Attorney), an appointment by the Governor as Inspector General, and President of a state wide plaintiff attorneys organization.
